Pending the required background checks, and subject to availability, you may be able to drive away from our lot in your newly-rented PCO vehicle on the very same day.
We do everything we can to ensure the utmost transparency with our customers, and refuse to subject you to any unwanted surprises. That’s why the only upfront fee you will need to pay is a £500 deposit — refundable for those hiring their car, provided that the car is returned in the same condition in which it left the lot. Please note, the deposit will be non-refundable for those taking part in our rent to buy program.
Hirebrid requires the following documentation from anyone applying to hire or rent to buy a PCO car:
1. Driving licence
2. PCO license
3. PCO paper certificate
4. Two proofs of address
These will then be cross-referenced with your DVLA records to check for any penalties which might appear on your record. After this information has been returned, we will get in touch with our insurance company, who will add the vehicle to the insurance policy, and name you as the PCO car’s official driver.
